Domestic Shipping
All orders will ship within 1-2 business days of payment clearing. I use USPS First Class or Priority Mail Service (insurance up to $50.00 is included). Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 5 days of shipping. However, keep in mind that we are not responsible for the package once it is turned over to the United States Postal Service.
If you wish to make other arrangements for shipping such as FEDX please let me know and I will try to accommodate you. For such express mailing services additional charges will apply and I will send you a quote or estimate for your approval.
International Shipping
For orders outside the continental United States (i.e.- Canada and everywhere else) shipping is by USPS International First Class Mail.
I will give you a quote or estimate in advance for your approval. Please note that delivery times can vary widely from 1 week to more than several weeks. I am not responsible for packages that might be lost, for Customs fees and for any possible additional taxes that may be levied. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority or Express service please let me know and I will provide you with a quote or estimate for this service.
Packaging
Items are packed with the utmost care.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to me for a full refund provided that the return is made within seven (7) days of receipt of the order. Goods must be returned in original unaltered condition in the original box.
Shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer. COD's cannot be accepted. Please note that custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
